Which items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Custom fitted clubs
• Personalised or logo golf balls
• Special order items
• Split packs of socks or gloves
• Clothing with labels removed
• Socks or base layers that have been worn
• Opened blister packs
• Second-hand, ex-display, or ex-demo items (unless delivered faulty)
• Gift cards / Vouchers
• Footwear that has been worn outdoors
• Electronic devices (E.G. GPS devices) with a broken seal
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items returned outside the return window (30 days)
